Accommodation procedure in the 2024-2025 academic year
Accommodation is conducted on August 27-30,2024
Step 1. To accommodate, you should check the availability of your full name according to the Order on the enrollment of students at a corresponding ERI.
After approval, students arrive to the place of accommodation (the dormitory address should be specified at the University Administration in advance) with previously prepared documents.
Step 2. Following the results of Application consideration (if it is not written while submitting documents), students receive an Accommodation Order.
Step 3. The following set of documents is required for accommodation:
- Application for accommodation (at the University)
- Accommodation agreement (printed) – 2 copies (provided in the dormitory)
- Order (dean’s office+dormitory)
- Copy of the passport (1, 2 and 11 pages) or ID card and extract
- Copy of taxpayer ID number
- Original certificate of fluorographic check-up passed not later than a year ago
- 086-О medical certificate
- 3*4 photo – 6 pcs.
- 11*16 envelope (unstamped)
- Copies of documents on benefits (if applicable).
Step 4.
The head of the dormitory informs students of the Rules of conduct in the student dormitory and fire safety regulations.
The head of the dormitory issues an accommodation order and concludes the Accommodation Agreement with students.
Step 5.
Students pay for residency in the dormitory.
