The large-scale IncludeME+ project has successfully completed its two-year journey. Thanks to active cross-European cooperation involving partners from 8 countries, including Ukraine, a comprehensive set of open resources was developed to combat disinformation, reduce social polarization, and foster an inclusive digital environment. 
Within the framework of the project, several practical tools were created, all of which are free of charge and accessible to the general public:
