Within the framework of the international project NatAlli, a National Forum was held, bringing together representatives of higher education institutions, experts, the business community, mentors, and active participants dedicated to the development of women's leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
The forum aimed to discuss opportunities for supporting highly educated Ukrainian women in realizing their professional and entrepreneurial potential, developing mentorship, fostering innovation ecosystems, and building cross-sectoral cooperation. The NatAlli project is designed to create an enabling environment for shaping a new generation of female entrepreneurs and innovators capable of driving Ukraine's economic and social revival.
During the forum, participants exchanged experiences and discussed current challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship, the role of mentorship in women's professional growth, and prospects for cooperation between Ukrainian and European higher education institutions. Special attention was paid to developing innovative thinking, international partnerships, and creating conditions for sustainable development amid societal transformation.
We sincerely thank all participants, speakers, and partners for their active engagement, constructive dialogue, and shared vision of the future. We are confident that the forum's outcomes will become a significant step toward strengthening the role of women in Ukraine's recovery, development, and innovative transformation.
