IEU in Italy: The Final Stage of the UKRAstud Project

IEU took part in the final international conference of the UKRAstud project in Italy!

The event was held within the walls of one of the world’s oldest universities - the University of Padua. The conference brought together leading experts from Italy, Croatia, Romania, Türkiye, and Ukraine, focusing on inclusion, well-being, and the adaptation of Ukrainian students within the European educational environment

Within the framework of the conference we together with international partners, focused on the following key aspects:

Adaptation process analysis: developing strategic recommendations for integrating inclusive practices into the daily work of university administrations.

International practical experience: studying cases of socialization through sports (Romania), therapeutic gardening (Croatia), and the use of VR technologies to overcome psychological barriers (Türkiye).

Presentation of IEU innovations: conducting a workshop based on three interactive guidance tools developed by the university for mentors, as well as practicing crisis response protocols.

Sustainability and development: identifying prospects for further cooperation and new initiatives within the Erasmus+ programme.

IEU supports the ideas of the UKRAstud project by integrating them into its educational strategy. We believe that true inclusion is not about formal reports, but about the professional ability to hear every student and provide them with proper support. IEU continues to develop a safe and modern environment for successful learning and youth development
