De-registration
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Freedom of Movement and Free Choice of Place of Residence in Ukraine”, article 7 “De-registration of the place of residence” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 2, 2016, No. 207, on completion of the period of residence, inhabitants are obliged to cancel residency registration because of the absence of grounds for utilizing the living space and grounds for staying at the education institution.
To cancel residency registration, you should personally address to the Administration Service Center of a corresponding district.
List of documents required to cancel residency registration:
- Copy and original of passport;
- Original certificate of residency registration (for ID passport);
- Copy and original of military service registration certificate or military ID card with the de-registration mark.
- Confirmation of administrative fee payment (payment is conducted in the ASC terminal).
