Residency registration

Dear residents of dormitories of International European University!

To register the place of residence in the dormitory, you should personally address to the Administration Service Center (ASC) of a corresponding district. 

The Administration Service Center of Solomianskyi District is located at the address: 

41 Povitroflotskyi Ave., Kyiv

Reception hours:

• Monday – Thursday: from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.
• Friday: from 9 a.m. till 4.45 p.m.
• Saturday: from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m.

Reception is carried out without a lunch break 

Note: during the quarantine, the reception of citizens is conducted according to the queue management system on ASC websites.     

List of documents required to register the place of residence:

1. Copy and original of passport;
2. Original certificate of residency registration (for ID passport);
3. Copy and original of military service registration certificate or military ID card with the registration mark.    
4. Confirmation of administrative fee payment (payment is conducted in the ASC terminal).
5. Original and copy of the Agreement on bed provision (with the right to registration).  

You should bring the following:

• Passport and its copy;
• Identification code and its copy;
• Military service registration certificate (military ID card) and its copy;
• Envelope (A4) with stamps for 10 UAH.
