Key topics of the issue:
From concept to practice: experience in developing mentoring structures in Amsterdam and strengthening the role of mentors. Professional support: strategies to assist highly educated women from Ukraine in rebuilding their careers and integrating into a new professional environment. Methodological materials: an overview of the Train the Trainer Manual, which provides ready-made frameworks for mentor–mentee interaction.
