- A structural unit of the University responsible for the organizational and methodological support in managing the process of training specialists of the highest qualification levels according to the National Qualifications Framework through educational and scientific programs.

- Organizational support for the admission exams to the postgraduate and doctoral programs on a competitive basis, according to the University’s admission rules, and organization of the educational process for full-time and part-time postgraduate students;

- Participation in the development of organizational and procedural documents regarding the preparation of PhD and Doctor of Science candidates; developing annual and long-term plans for dissertation defenses;

- Monitoring and controlling the progress of PhD and Doctor of Science candidates in fulfilling their individual training plans. Preparing and issuing documents required for submission to specialized academic councils;

- Providing consultations and explanatory work to candidates on the list of professional publications, the functioning of specialized academic councils, and other issues related to the preparation and certification of academic and research personnel, as well as informing them about their rights and obligations;

- Promoting adherence to academic integrity by supervisors and PhD/Doctor of Science candidates, as well as ensuring the approval of scientific research results;

- Maintaining the registration of dissertation defenses by postgraduate and doctoral students; preparing accounting, statistical, and reporting documentation related to the functional activities of the postgraduate and doctoral programs.
