The Vice President is responsible for the development of healthcare programs, university clinics, etc. The Vice President has the same responsibilities as the President in case of his absence.
Within the scope of his/her authority, the Vice President:
- Initiates the convening of regular and extraordinary General Assemblies of Participants and submits proposals for consideration;
- Organizes the execution of the decisions of the General Assembly;
- Provides financial and economic activity reports to the General Assembly upon request;
- Issues instructions within the scope of his/her authority concerning University activities, which are mandatory for all University departments and employees;
- Manages the financial and economic affairs of the University;
- Acts as the custodian of the University’s property and funds, signing banking and other financial documents;
- Ensures that all departments adhere to budgetary and financial discipline;
- Exercises other powers provided by the Statute and Ukrainian legislation.
