Anonymous Complaint

This type of complaint allows anyone who is or has been a student, employee, or visitor of the university to anonymously report any inappropriate behavior by staff, students, or community members, including harassment, bullying, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. IF YOU ARE ACCUSED OF HARASSMENTS OR SEXUAL ABUSE

International European University fiercely blames harassments or sexual abuse! However, the university administration will never take measures based on the complaint without conducting a comprehensive investigation.

If you face accusations, please listen to our tips:

  1. Do not panic and do not take any measures that you could regret later

Regardless of whether you consider your actions correct or incorrect, you should initially think it over, ask for advice and only then take certain steps.

  1. Examine the process of complaint consideration to be conducted

All processes taking place at the university are transparent and impartial. If you are accused of something that can be treated as a criminal offense, you can seek advice of the legal department of the university or a private lawyer.

Besides, staff members of Education and Research Institute “European School of Law” have agreed to provide students with free legal support if necessary. Address Viktoriia Bashkatova , director of ERI “European School of Law”, if you need this support.

  1. Obtain support

Apart from assistance during the investigation, you should also think about support for your wellbeing. You can suffer while trying to solve issues on your own.

  • At the university, you can talk to your group supervisor, university nurse, lecturer, head of the Student Parliament.
  • Beyond the university, you can address to external specialized organizations

If you have any questions regarding the search for specialized organizations and communication with them, please send a message to the rector’s e-mail address:
