On November 7, 2024, International European University hosted the first meeting of the Coordination Council of Kyiv Science and Innovation Cluster (KSIC) founded by the Kyiv City State Administration and the Municipal Research Institution “City Development Institute”.The event discussed the involvement of higher education institutions in solving current problems, namely: overcoming unemployment caused by military aggression against Ukraine, adaptation of internally displaced persons through re-training and short-term training, participation of the University community in innovation fairs to commercialize scientific research, launching startups, and partnership with businesses.
Our University actively supports the suggested initiatives. The desire to help others, to create opportunities for lifelong learning, to educate not only competent but also nationally conscious citizens, as well as to promote positive changes in society is our social responsibility.
The event was attended by Viktoriia Kovalenko, the Head of the Department of the European Medical School, and Yelyzaveta Fishchuk, the President of the Student Parliament.
