The Business process management discipline aims to provide students with a system of theoretical knowledge and applied skills in using principles, methods and tools for managing business processes at the enterprise.
Key goals of the Business process management discipline:
- to complicate management of business processes in modern businesses and necessity for transforming its economic component;
- to explore the essence of business process economic management and its tasks;
- to understand technologies for solving tasks of enterprise economic management;
- to learn systems of business process economic management;
- to understand the economic order at the enterprise and tools for its imposing;
- to grasp a system of business process budget management;
- to gain insight into organization of enterprise budget management;
- to explore a technology for drawing up operating budgets as well as income and expense budget;
- to be able to manage money flows at the enterprise based on cash flow budget and liability balance;
- to be able to carry out financial diagnostics of the enterprise and manage the working capital;
- to acquire skills in managing an investment portfolio of the enterprise, as well as in strategic and operations management of enterprise activity financing.
