The Business protocol and negotiations discipline aims to provide students with crucial knowledge of history, principles, goals, objectives, habits, rules and requirements concerning communication, behavior, appearance of business people in the business environment, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge.
Key goals of the Business protocol and negotiations discipline:
- to introduce the core protocol requirements for official communication;
- to acquire practical skills in holding business, informal conversations and conducting negotiations with local and foreign partners;
- to develop communication skills using different communication channels according to the protocol requirements;
- to gain required knowledge of organizing different types of events and skills of behaving there;
- the ability to arrange your own business clothes according to the protocol requirements as well as form an efficient business style;
- theoretical training for students in establishing and keeping contacts with representatives of world’s various cultural centers and elaborating behavioral patterns in multiple difficult situations of international businesses.
