The Business strategies discipline aims to explore theoretical aspects of strategic planning, acquire skills and tools for strategic analysis and devise enterprise strategies.
Key goals of the Business strategies discipline:
- to acquire tools for devising enterprise strategies and selecting strategic alternatives;
- to develop students’ abilities to acquire, master and apply theoretical knowledge in the strategic planning sector;
- to develop skills of strategic thinking and practical application of academic subject methodologies;
- to provide students with fundamentals and methods of developing various types of enterprise strategies;
- to learn the case analysis method, acquire skills in analytical reasoning of solving strategic issues;
- to obtain practical skills for independent performance of required operations at research stages, analysis, development, implementation and control as part of the general process of developing business strategies.
