The Corporate strategies discipline aims to provide students with a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in applying the methodology and methodical tools for developing corporate strategies in the fluctuating market conditions.
Key goals of the Corporate strategies discipline:
- theoretical training for students and development of their skills in finding efficient corporate strategies;
- to conduct a critical analysis of contemporary local and foreign concepts of the enterprise and its corporate strategies;
- to understand the necessity to form strategic thinking among Ukrainian specialists;
- to explain the necessity to devise strategic plans, projects and programs as tools for implementing business strategies;
- to analyze functional particularities of certain subsystems of the enterprise in a strategic mode;
- to acquaint students with core approaches to transformation of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise operations, including organizational, financial economic, social psychological, research and information development of corporate strategies.
