The Cross-cultural management discipline aims to provide students with a complex of knowledge of forming a comprehensive idea about core areas and tools of cross-cultural management; possibilities for efficient management at organizations with various cultures and at international companies, as well as with practical skills in adapting managers to a new cultural environment for efficient work and business development.
Key goals of the Cross-cultural management discipline:
- to develop general and specialized competencies, skills and abilities to manage and organize functioning of enterprises on the international market;
- to develop skills and abilities of managers in the context of globalized environment;
- to enhance the efficiency of organization management by using national and cultural features of countries;
- to advance skills in finding and making your own managerial decisions, capabilities to work in team and interpersonal communication skills.
