The Enterprise management discipline aims to form students’ idea of efficient organization, factors of its internal and external environment, enterprise life cycle, types of organizational structures and their features, particularities of managing enterprise subsystems and evaluating the efficiency of enterprise operations.
Key goals of the Enterprise management discipline:
- to train students in the enterprise essence issues, interrelation between its internal elements and external environment;
- to acquaint students with management features at different stages of enterprise life cycle;
- to introduce particularities of managing varieties of enterprises and their associations;
- to make students understand social and psychological aspects of managerial activities;
- to explore fundamentals of efficient enterprise management and areas of enterprise organizational development;
- to acquire skills of building up and registering an enterprise of different business entity forms.
