The Human resources management discipline aims to provide students with a system of theoretical knowledge and applied skills in regulating processes of labor potential reproduction and application at a macroeconomic level and an enterprise level.   

Key goals of the Human resources management discipline:  

• to provide students with steady knowledge of the theory of human resources management;  
• to help students acquire knowledge and skills in developing measures for improving the human resources management system; 
• to reveal the essence of economic activity motivation;
• to acquire skills of human capital application; 
• to make students understand the efficiency of human resources application;
• to develop students’ abilities to research activities in the macro-level aspect of the social labor potential and the enterprise level.
