The Human resources management discipline aims to provide students with a system of theoretical knowledge and applied skills in regulating processes of labor potential reproduction and application at a macroeconomic level and an enterprise level.
Key goals of the Human resources management discipline:
- to provide students with steady knowledge of the theory of human resources management;
- to help students acquire knowledge and skills in developing measures for improving the human resources management system;
- to reveal the essence of economic activity motivation;
- to acquire skills of human capital application;
- to make students understand the efficiency of human resources application;
- to develop students’ abilities to research activities in the macro-level aspect of the social labor potential and the enterprise level.
