The Labor adaptation management discipline aims to provide students with a system of theoretical knowledge and applied skills in mutual adaptation of staff members and the enterprise based on gradual involvement of personnel in new professional, social, organizational and economic labor conditions.
Key goals of the Labor adaptation management discipline:
- to make students understand the introduction stage where employees obtain required information about a new situation in general, assessment criteria for different actions, patterns and standards of behavior;
- to make students be aware of the adaptation stage where employees refocus, recognizing the key elements of a new system of values, but still keep their beliefs;
- to make students understand the assimilation stage of total adaptation to the environment, identification with a new group;
- to provide students with identification skills when personal goals of employees identify with goals of labor organizations, enterprises, firms.
