The Staff coaching discipline aims to define coaching as a personnel management tool in everyday life, its impact on staff performance and enterprise life cycle.  

Key goals of the Staff coaching discipline:  

• to provide students with steady knowledge of the personnel coaching theory;
• to provide students with skills and abilities to solve practical staff management issues on their own; 
• to analyze current staffing systems and develop their improvement methods;  
• to explore personnel motivations, create corporate culture as a key to success of each organization.
