The Strategic development management discipline aims to develop students’ ability to investigate and solve complex strategic management problems, its institutional and organizational support in the management and business administration system.
Key goals of the Strategic development management discipline:
- to form skills of decision-making in complex and unpredictable social development conditions, which requires the application of strategic approaches for management goals;
- to provide information about the application of different strategic concepts for management goals;
- to acquaint students with various strategic management methods in enterprise operations;
- to develop skills in clear and unambiguous presentation of own conclusions, knowledge and explanations regarding adoption of crucial managerial decisions;
- to form skills in efficient information and communication interaction of the management entity and object with the external and internal environment; to create and maintain a favorable external and internal climate in terms of implementing the enterprise development strategy.
