Admission rules for foreign students 2023
There are five steps to complete admission process for International European University.
STEP 1: HOW TO APPLY
Students can apply online. After reading the information on our website about courses and tuition fee, you need to choose the course.
After choosing the course, you should send us the following documents by email :
- Copy of International Passport or ID Card (minimum valid for 1 year)
- Copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate (with subject details)
After reviewing the above listed documents, we will notify you about the approval or refusal. You will be informed about the approval in one working day.
STEP 2: HOW TO GET INVITATION LETTER
To get an invitation letter from International European University, the following documents and fees are required:
- Copy of International Passport (minimum valid for one year)
- Copy of School Certificate (with subject details)
- Consent to personal data collection and processing
- Application form
You can send us these documents after receiving the Acceptance / Admission Confirmation letter from International European University.
You can send us the documents by email. Please make sure that all documents are scanned properly and clearly readable.
The invitation is issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It takes 5-7 working days.
STEP 3:
Student visa
After getting the invitation letter from International European University, a student should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy in his/her country.
Visa Requirements are as follows:
- Filled Application form
- Original passport (valid for 1 year minimum)
- Secondary school certificate (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp)
- Medical Certificate showing Physical and Mental Fitness (attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- Original Invitation letter from International European University
- 2 Passport size Photos (3.5 x 4.5)

Online admission
Foreigners who have completed the procedure of legalization of educational documents in the country of their issuance can participate in online admission: (legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country that issued the educational document; legalized in the consular department of a diplomatic institution of Ukraine abroad (consular legalization or apostille).
STEP 4: ARRIVAL
After getting visa from Embassy or Consulate, students should inform us about their flight details with date and time of arrival.
Our representative person will pick the student up from the airport.
STEP 5: ADMISSION AND START OF CLASSES
Every Student should bring with him/her the full package of original documents and specified amount for the Full First year Expenses or a Payment Receipt of accomplished first year expenses payment.
Staff of International Relations Office will complete the admission and registration process in 1-3 working days and after that they will allow you to start your classes.

ATTENTION! ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE ON HIGHER EDUCATION, THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2013, NO. 1541 “SOME ISSUES OF THE RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING (INTERNSHIP) OF FOREIGNERS AND STATELESS PERSONS”, THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF UKRAINE DATED MAY 5, 2015, NO. 504 “CERTAIN ISSUES OF RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN DOCUMENTS ON EDUCATION IN UKRAINE”
The Document recognition procedure required to continue studying is carried out by a higher education institution prior to the second semester of the first year of study of the Document holder.
- The Document recognition procedure, except for the cases stipulated in paragraph 3 hereof, consists of:
1) verification of the Document and its annex;
2) confirmation of the status of the education institution and/or the Program based on the results of which the Document is issued;
3) assessment of the qualification or the period of study stipulated in the Document and establishment of the equivalence of the educational and professional degree in Ukraine, academic and/or professional rights.
- Recognition is conducted upon the application submitted to the International department of the University
- An applicant should submit the following documents:
1) The document on previous education;
2) The annex to the Document and/or other documents containing information about the content of the educational program.
Documents specified in subparagraphs 1, 2 hereof should be certified in the country of their origin in a manner officially used in this country (Apostille is required for member countries of the Hague Convention of 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legislation for Foreign Public Documents).
If the Document is not certified in the issuing country in an officially used manner or if certification does not confirm its authenticity, the University takes measures to verify this Document;
3) copies of documents on previous (secondary, professional, or higher) education if any (where applicable);
4) copies of identification documents;
5) application;
6) application (consent) of the Document holder for processing his/her personal data according to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.

Staff of International Relations Office will complete the admission process and registration process in 1-3 working days and after that they will allow you to start the classes.
International Relations Office will also extend visa from Home Office.
Our International Relations Office staff will fulfill all the formalities, and you will start your classes in 4-5 working days.
